Institutional consultancy to conduct a project evaluation for the project “Advancing Adolescent Girls and Women’s Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights in Mangochi”

The objectives of this project evaluation are:

1. To conduct an independent assessment of relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impacts, and sustainability of the project “Advancing Adolescent Girls and Women’s Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights in Mangochi” (2020-2023);
2. To draw key conclusions to provide lessons learnt for forward-looking and actionable recommendations for decision-making and programming;
3. To document key changes and impact stories from the project beneficiaries.

The scope of the project evaluation is described in the below.

• Geographic scope: Three T/As (Makanjira, Lulanga and Chowe) of Mangochi district;
• Temporal scope: the project duration of 2020-2023

Thematic scope: Sexual and reproductive health and rights (including family planning), gender equality, empowerment of adolescent and young people; cross-cutting issues such as human rights, disabilities, environment sustainability; transversal functions such as planning, M&E, coordination and communications.
